Define NEGATIVITY

That just means that whatever goes in would always go out as NEGATIVE, it doesn’t matter if the input is AFFIRMATIVE or NEGATIVE, HIGH or LOW, the result will always be NEGATIVE || LOW.

I think I have that kind of circuit in my head. Maybe that’s why I always answer half-empty (or fully-empty, if I’m exceptionally negative that day) to that penultimate glass question. Hah. Awesome.
