1. Shut down any currently running virtual machines.
2. Shut down Virtual PC itself.
3. Go to %AppData% folder.
4. Navigate to “Roaming\Microsoft\Virtual PC”.
5. Delete “Options.xml”.
6. Run Virtual PC and the VM again.

Rinse and repeat.
