Two-time WNBA Champion, two-time WNBA All-Star and Olympic Gold Medalist headed to Seattle
SEATTLE, Tuesday, February 19, 2008 EThe Seattle Storm announced today the acquisition of two-time WNBA champion and two-time WNBA All-Star Swin Cash. Cash was acquired from the Detroit Shock in exchange for the No. 4 pick in the April 9 WNBA Draft.

God, people are being so negative about this (but not you though, just ranting on your blog). They’re already talking about burning Agler at the stake. Frankly, I don’t think this is a bad deal for us. Would it be exciting to get Wiggins, a young, exciting prospect? Yeah it would have been. But how do we even know Wiggins is going to pan out? Cash is a good player who has good chemistry with Birdy (and maybe that translates to LJ as well). She’s a proven champion at every level (like Birdy). What do you think? I say we should embrace it. WELCOME SWIN!
